System Process

For a quote, we only need some simple information, but if available, we ask for a copy of the builder drawings.

For a system to be installed, we must know accurate dimensions of the void and access requirements – so each job has a pre-site inspection and measure up.

This allows us to ensure the installation is done correctly – first time, every time.

Throughout the process, from initial quote enquiry to installation, and demobilisation – our friendly professional team will provide you with all the right advice, documentation and certification.

Please review our internal process as per our capabilities below.

How are we the number one choice for pool safety?

Our Pool Void Covers® system can be installed for long periods at a time – allowing for peace of mind from knock down rebuild and house building to lock up stage. Our system meets all safety regulations; ensures a safe working environment for the contractors; and provides a safe area whilst existing pool fencing may be removed.

Depending on the distance of your pool from your house, you may need to cover the pool when contractors/builders are working on your roof, or when scaffolding is required around your house build. In addition, the system has also been designed, so that for existing pools, it is easy to install, and causes no damage to your existing pool upon installation and removal.
